Squadict is a FREE prediction game for entertainment purposes only. NO real money is wagered, and NO cash prizes can be won. This platform does NOT facilitate gambling, betting, or any other form of games of chance involving real money. All predictions are purely for fun and friendly competition.
All content, features, and functionality of Squadict are owned by Squadict and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Squadict is provided "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will announce significant changes in advance.
Users under 16 years old must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to create an account and use Squadict. By using this service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed, but your predictions may be retained in anonymized form.

These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. All disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, in accordance with the provisions of the Dutch Code of Civil Procedure (articles 99-114 Rv).
If you are a consumer within the meaning of article 6:230 of the Dutch Civil Code (BW), you have the right to submit a dispute to a disputes committee or other recognized dispute resolution body before going to court.
